If you were a holder of shares of I Metal Technology Co., Ltd., Jidosha Buhin Kogyo Co., Ltd., and/or TDF Corporation in a special account as of September 30, 2013, which is the day before the effective date of share transfers between the Company and the above three companies, the account management organization for the special account is the share transfer agent or for each company prior to the share transfers. For various procedures regarding shares registered in the special account, please contact the following account management organization for the special account. Inquiries can also be made to nationwide branches of the account management organization of the special account to be forwarded to the main contact.
